Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong is the wife of martyr Hoang Van Hai in hamlet 2, Dien Lam commune, Dien Chau district. Martyr Hoang Van Hai was born in 1932, died in 0967 on the southern battlefield, and his grave has not been found yet. After her husband passed away, Mrs. Phuong raised 4 children alone. She is 80 years old this year, but due to difficult economic circumstances, she has not been able to build a new house.
To share the difficulties with her family, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs mobilized businesses to sponsor 60 million VND for her family.
The above support money helped Ms. Phuong's family build a new, spacious house, have a place to worship martyrs and stabilize their lives.
