(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 74th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), on the morning of July 24, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee led by comrade Le Duc Cuong - Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, offered incense and flowers at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery.

Also attending were Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee: Nguyen Viet Hung; Le Quoc Khanh; and officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee.
At the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery, comrade Le Duc Cuong and members of the delegation offered incense and flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Temple and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs. The Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery is the resting place of nearly 11,000 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who fought and died in Laos.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, offering incense and fresh wreaths, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude to beloved President Ho Chi Minh and the contributions and sacrifices of heroes and martyrs for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
