Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department mobilizes and appoints 4 department heads

Implementing Project No. 01-DA/BTGTU, dated April 3, 2018 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on reorganizing the apparatus, reducing staff and restructuring the staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in 2019, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department reorganized the apparatus from 7 specialized departments to 4 specialized departments. To continue to improve the work and consolidate the organization of cadres, on the afternoon of October 10, 2019, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision on transferring and appointing cadres.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and leaders of the Department presented decisions on transfer and appointment to heads of specialized departments.

On behalf of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, presented the decision on transfer and appointment of 04 comrades as heads of specialized departments, including: Comrade Nguyen Van Thuc, former Head of the Propaganda - Press - Publishing Department, was transferred to be Head of the Political Theory and Party History Department; Comrade Ngo Cong Manh, former Deputy Head of the Political Theory and Party History Department, was appointed Head of the Information and General Department; Comrade Le Van Tam, former Head of the Department in charge of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, was transferred to be Head of the Propaganda - Press - Publishing Department; Comrade Phan Thi Minh Ly, former Deputy Head of the Department in charge of the Information and General Department, was appointed Head of the Science and Education Department.

Assigning tasks at the Ceremony to announce and hand over the decision on the transfer and appointment of heads of specialized departments, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong congratulated the new heads of departments who were transferred and appointed this time. The Head of the Department emphasized that this was both an honor and a great responsibility, hoping that in their new positions, the 4 comrades would continue to promote their capacity, strengths and work experience to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
