On the morning of July 19, the working delegation of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at red addresses on the heroic land of Quang Tri: Quang Tri Ancient Citadel Relic Site, Road 9 Martyrs Cemetery and Truong Son Martyrs Cemetery.
