The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
On the afternoon of October 13, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's traditional mass mobilization work (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025), a delegation of officials and civil servants of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee came to offer incense and flowers at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Relic Site.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Thi Thom - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Also attending were officials and civil servants of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always affirmed that mass mobilization plays a very important role in the Party's revolutionary cause, is a strategic task, and has a decisive meaning for the success or failure of the revolutionary cause. He once emphasized: "If mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful."
Over the years, the mass mobilization work in Nghe An province has always received close attention and direction from Party committees at all levels and the entire political system has participated. With the efforts and consensus of Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the people, the mass mobilization work in the whole province has had many innovations and creativity and achieved comprehensive results.
In particular, the emulation movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TU dated May 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the effectiveness of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has developed widely in all areas of social life.
The whole province has built 22,830 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" with the criteria of clear work, clear objects, and clear addresses.
At the same time, the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Charter has been promoted, achieving outstanding results with 462 bright spots of grassroots democracy built, maintained and replicated in the 2021 - 2025 period.
On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the traditional day of mass mobilization work, the delegation of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee expressed their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the genius leader of our Party and people.
He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and humanity.
At the same time, we vow to continue promoting the revolutionary tradition, determined to strive to improve our expertise, professionalism, and practice the moral qualities and style of a mass mobilization cadre close to the people, and implement the development goals of Nghe An province according to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045; realize the aspiration to become a fairly developed province, a national growth pole in the new development era as set out in the Documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
