December 29,Nghe An Social InsuranceOrganized the awarding of health insurance cards to poor students of Hung Dong Primary School and people in Hung Chinh Commune (Vinh City) and Hung Phuc Commune (Hung Nguyen District).
Accordingly, at Hung Dong Primary School,Provincial Social Insurancepresented 46 health insurance cards to 46 students in difficult circumstances with the theme "One card - Thousand loves". Thereby encouraging them to excel in their studies.
