Implement the recommendations of the World Health Organizationand the Ministry of Health on COVID-19 prevention and control, on the morning of March 9, Nghe An Newspaper carried out chemical spraying in the office and campus of the unit.

Nghe An Newspaper also requires officers, reporters, and employees to wear masks regularly when entering and leaving the office; wash their hands with sanitizer regularly. The newspaper has fully equipped the restrooms for officers, reporters, and employees.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) was first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China in December 2019. The disease has since spread to 31 provinces and cities in China. To date, 103 countries/territories worldwide have reported cases.
Updated at 11:00 on March 9, 2020: Worldwide, there have been 109,970 cases of COVID-19, 3,828 deaths. In Vietnam, there have been 30 cases of COVID-19, of which 16 have been completely cured. In Nghe An province, up to this point, no one has contracted COVID-19.
When the 17th case appeared, Vietnam officially entered phase 2 of the fight against COVID-19.
