At 20:30, October 19, at coordinates 18052'N-105043'E (Opposite Hai Thinh hamlet, Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An), the patrol team of the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port, Nghe An Border Guard was patrolling and controlling and discovered and arrested 2 fishing boats violating regulations on the area.fishing(using fishing vessels with a maximum length of 12 meters to less than 15 meters to exploit aquatic resources in coastal areas).

Specifically: Fishing boat NA-90825TS captained by Mr. NHH (born in 1977) and fishing boat NA-2207TS captained by Mr. NVA (born in 1991). Both captains of the above vehicles have permanent residence in Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province.
The behavior of the two vehicle owners above violated the regulations on using fishing vessels with a maximum length of 12m to less than 15m to exploit aquatic products in coastal areas. The Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port has completed the documents and handled them according to the provisions of law.
