Arrested 4 subjects gambling in the form of lottery recording

At about 6:45 p.m. on April 26, a working group of Ky Son District Police was on duty in Block 2, Muong Xen Town when they discovered and caught red-handed Bien Thi Hoang (born in 1989, residing in Block 2, Muong Xen Town) and Pham Cong Lang (born in 1961, residing in Na Luong 1 Village, Huu Kiem Commune) gambling by recording lottery numbers.
At the scene, the police seized 1 phone and 1 cable. Searching Pham Cong Lang, the police seized 2 cables and 2 million VND.
The working group drew up a record and brought the subjects to the Ky Son District Police headquarters for questioning.
Expanding the investigation, Ky Son District Police summoned Luong Thi Huyen (residing in Block 5, Muong Xen Town) and Nguyen Van San (residing in Son Thanh Village, Ta Ca Commune, Ky Son District). These two subjects often recorded lottery numbers with Bien Thi Hoang.

In the initial investigation, the police recorded that the total amount of money the subjects used for gambling in the form of lottery numbers was more than 14 million VND. The authorities also seized 1 computer and 7 mobile phones.
Currently, Ky Son District Police are continuing to expand the investigation of the case.
