Arrested the subject who called 19 gangsters to occupy disputed land

On July 18, Trang Bom District Police (Dong Nai Province) are detaining two suspects, Nguyen Dinh Ngoc (born in 1981, residing in Tan Bien Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai) and Nguyen Van Viet (born in 1990, residing in Dong Tho Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa) to investigate the act of property destruction.

These are the two subjects identified as the ringleaders in the incident where nearly 20 gangsters cut down trees and threatened others to occupy disputed land that occurred earlier in Bac Son commune, Trang Bom district.

According to the initial investigation, to resolve the conflict in the land dispute with Ms. Phung (residing in Trang Bom district), Ngoc called Nguyen Van Phuong (born in 1990, residing in An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city). After receiving the call, Phuong mobilized 19 people in 3 7-seat cars to the disputed land to put pressure.

Here, this group of people cut down the cajuput garden that Ms. Phung's family had planted earlier and burned it. In this incident, Viet was identified as participating in cutting down 7 cajuput trees. Previously, Ms. Phung had also been beaten and injured by this group of gangsters.

Upon receiving the news, Trang Bom District Police mobilized dozens of mobile police and criminal police to bring the subjects to headquarters for questioning.

At the scene, police seized evidence, including 1 can of gasoline and 2 machetes, which were the tools the suspect used to cut and burn the cajuput trees.

Through verification, out of 19 subjects, 10 subjects had criminal records for intentional injury, murder, and robbery, of which 6 subjects tested positive for drugs.

According to the investigation agency, in the above group there are many notorious gangsters in Bien Hoa City, Trang Bom District, who were identified by Dong Nai Provincial Police as a special project to fight and destroy.
