At 9:00 a.m. on June 23, a Vinh Bus Station employee went to get his car at the employee parking lot after finishing his shift and discovered that his SH motorbike with license plate 37B 80**8 had scratches on both sides and the dashboard was smashed.

After reporting to the station security department to check the camera, it was discovered that at 8:50 p.m. on June 22, a man nearly 50 years old, wearing a white shirt and trousers, broke into the station staff parking area and proceeded to break into the car lock.

After failing to break into the car, the subject used the tools he brought to break the trunk with the intention of stealing the property inside. However, because both actions were unsuccessful, the subject came up with the idea of ​​destroying the victim's car by scratching both sides of the car and smashing the clock before leaving.

Before the incident, the owner of the car wrote a report to the leaders of Vinh Bus Station and Le Loi Ward police for handling measures.

Through surveillance, at 1 p.m. on June 23, the subject returned to the bus station in the role of a passenger and sat at the bus station waiting room. At this time, the station security force discovered the subject and reported to the Le Loi ward police. The subject was immediately arrested by the police.

According to initial information, it is known that the above subject is currently living in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, Nghe An.
