At 10:05 a.m. on June 27, implementing the plan to combat Project 378L, in the area of Xop Phe village, Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district, the Muong Ai Border Guard Station coordinated with the PCMT&TP Department, Na Ngoi Border Guard Station to discover and arrest a subject red-handed for illegally transporting drugs.

The subject's name is Loong Van Hanh (born in 1965, residing in Xop Phe village, Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district).
At the scene, detectives seized 5,550 synthetic drug pills and a sharp knife. The case is currently under further investigation.
