According to the investigation results, on May 6, Mr. Quynh went to Hau Thanh commune and hired someone to take the remains of Mr. Van Huu Kiem's ​​mother-in-law, who was buried on land in Hau Thanh commune.

On May 11, a group of people were hired to destroy the grave, using a concrete blaster to dig up the grave of Mr. Kiem's ​​mother-in-law, then take the remains and burn them on the spot. The investigation agency organized an investigation of the scene, recorded statements from witnesses and directly destroyed the grave of Mr. Kiem's ​​mother-in-law.

During the investigation, it was determined that in early 2019, Mr. Kiem mortgaged land plot 813 and borrowed 300 million VND from Mr. Quynh. The two parties notarized the transfer of the above land plot. Mr. Kiem paid interest to Mr. Quynh, 18 million VND per month.

By February, Mr. Kiem was unable to continue paying interest. Mr. Quynh admitted that because he did not receive interest from Mr. Kiem and could not be reached by phone, he transferred the land to someone else.

On this land is the grave of Mr. Kiem's ​​mother-in-law, the buyer requested that this grave be moved to another place. Mr. Quynh tried to contact Mr. Kiem's ​​wife's family but was unsuccessful, then he hired someone to take the remains to sell the land./.
