Arrested 14 teenagers causing public disorder in Nghi Loc district
The subjects, aged 13 to 20, rode motorbikes without license plates, swerved, swerved, carried weapons and slashed at the motorbikes, injuring the victims, then fled, even though the man and the group of teenagers had no conflict.
Previously, on October 1, Nghi Loc District Police received a report from a man residing in Nghi Loc District that: On the evening of September 30, while participating in traffic on National Highway 1A through Nghi Loc District, this man was hit by a group of young men riding a motorbike without a license plate, weaving, swinging, carrying weapons, slashing the motorbike and injuring the victim, then running away, although the man and the group of young men had no conflict.
Immediately after receiving the report, realizing that the incident was violent and complicated, negatively affecting security and order and causing panic among the people, Nghi Loc District Police established a special project to fight with the determination to quickly arrest the above group of subjects.
After only 2 days of establishing the project, on October 3, Nghi Loc District Police arrested and prosecuted a group of 14 subjects aged 13-20, residing in the districts of Do Luong, Hung Nguyen, and Nghi Loc for the act ofdisturbing public order, intentionally damaging property.
Currently, Nghi Loc District Police are continuing to expand the fight and strictly handle the subjects according to the law.
