Investigate and handle a group of teenagers causing public disorder in Vinh city

The subjects currently being detained by the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency include: N.D.Kh., NHM (born in 2007); B.D.Q.Kh., LHĐ, N.D.L., NQV (born in 2006), all residing in Nghi Loc district; PQT (born in 2006), PTV (born in 2008), all residing in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province, for disturbing public order.

Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, Vinh City Police discovered many groups of young people from neighboring areas (Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan districts...) and some districts of Ha Tinh province coming to Vinh City, driving vehicles in a zigzag manner, revving engines, revving engines, carrying many weapons (knives, swords...) chasing and fighting each other, causing public disorder in the area.

Persistently monitoring and synchronously implementing professional measures, from April 23 to April 30, 2024, the Criminal Police Team coordinated with Team 373 (Vinh City Police) to successfully break the case, arresting the above 8 subjects and 6 other subjects (aged 15-18) residing in Nghi Loc district (Nghe An) and Huong Son district (Ha Tinh), seizing many homemade knives, swords and some other related evidence.

Initially, the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency investigated and clarified: A group of subjects residing in Nghi Loc District (Nghe An) and Ha Tinh Province had a conflict with a group of subjects residing in Vinh City, so they made an appointment to meet in Vinh City to "resolve". The subjects drove their motorbikes at high speed, lined up in many rows on the road, swerved, shouted, honked, and swung knives and swords down the road, causing sparks.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh City Police has just issued a decision to temporarily detain 08 subjects for disturbing public order and continue to expand the investigation and arrest other related subjects.
