Arrest of subject carrying 63 kg of explosives for sale

Captain Mai Van Huy - Deputy Head of Quynh Luu District Police said that at 9:00 p.m. on December 22, Quynh Luu District Police arrested Vi Van Quy (born in 1998, residing in Yen Thang Commune, Tuong Duong District) while he was carrying 63 kg of explosives and 50 detonators on his way to sell.

According to Quy's statement, all the explosives were brought to Quynh Luu area for consumption and sale to fishing boat owners for use in catching seafood at sea./.
