Group of young people arrested for using drugs at a birthday party at a karaoke bar in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - Raiding a karaoke room in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh City Police discovered 10 young men high on drugs.
At 02:00 on March 10, 2020,During the inspection of conditional business activities, in Nghi Phu commune (Vinh city), the Administrative Police Team for Social Order of Vinh City Police discovered a karaoke business operating past the prescribed hours.

During the inspection, the authorities discovered 10 young people between the ages of 20 and 25 in a karaoke room illegally storing and using drugs.
Evidence seized at the scene included: 1 package of 6 synthetic drug pills, 3 packages of crystal meth, 2 packages of Ketamine and some other related evidence.

At the police station, the suspects confessed that the leader was Nguyen Van Quynh (born in 1995), residing in Nghi Kim commune (Vinh city).

To celebrate his birthday, Quynh pawned his motorbike for 8 million VND to buy drugs and invited 9 other people with criminal records from the communes on the outskirts of Vinh city to a karaoke bar to celebrate his birthday. While storing and using drugs, 10 people were arrested by the police.
