Specifically, at around 3:20 p.m. on June 16, using professional measures, the Investigation Police Agency of Thai Binh Province caught 32 gamblers gambling; confiscated many exhibits including: tools for gambling in the form of shaking dice, 36 mobile phones of various types, 1 car, 15 motorbikes, many surveillance camera devices and more than 400 million VND in cash.

The subjects were caught red-handed gambling.

Through the investigation, the subjects were mainly local people, including 10 female subjects.

To conceal their actions and avoid attention, the ringleader, Bui Thi Lan, 45 years old, residing in Group 13, Le Hong Phong Ward, Thai Binh City, organized gambling in many different locations. The gambling locations were changed every day and were often far from residential areas and near fields to facilitate escape when discovered.
