Arrested the gangster boss who masterminded the arson of the Criminal Police Team Captain's house
Tran Cong Xuan used gasoline to set fire to the house of the Criminal Police Team Leader and then escaped. Xuan was arrested on March 26.
Specifically, at 6:30 p.m. the same day, the Criminal Police Department of Can Tho City Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security and related professional units to arrest and temporarily detain Tran Cong Xuan (aka Xuan, born in 1969, residing in Thoi Thach 2 area, Thoi Thuan ward, Thot Not district). Xuan is the mastermind in the case of using a can to burn down the house of the Captain of the Criminal Police Team of Thot Not District Police in September 2020.
