(Baonghean.vn) - In the 2019 National High School Exam, Vo Tue My, a 12A1 student at Dien Chau 5 High School, was one of two candidates who scored 10 points in English. For her, the most important secret is to actively learn new words.
Sharing about her English result of 10 points in the National High School Exam, Tue My said: After finishing the test, I was very confident in my result, but I only thought about getting 9.5 points, not the absolute score. When I saw a 10 point in the lookup table, I was really happy.

Having been passionate about English since childhood, Tue My was guided by her parents to study block D. In addition to the knowledge in textbooks and exercises given by teachers, she also regularly searches for interesting and unique lessons on the Internet, or reference and advanced books to practice her skills.
With a total score of 25.8, including 10 in Foreign Language, 8.8 in Math, and 7 in Literature, Tue My wishes to enter the University of Foreign Languages - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Faculty of Japanese Language.
Sharing the secret to learning English well, Tue My shared: Being diligent in accumulating vocabulary is one of the first key points. I learn new words anytime, anywhere, look up the meaning in the dictionary, write it down in a notebook, write it down on paper and stick it on the wall. Next, I master the grammar by practicing many exercises and reading many reference books. Therefore, Tue My's English results are always very impressive, with very high scores and many consecutive years of achieving the title of Excellent Student in this subject.

Not only is Tue My good at English, she also studies all subjects equally, her average score for the whole year is excellent.
Asked about the reason why she chose the Japanese Language Department, Tue My confided: "I have been studying for a long time and found that Japanese is quite difficult, so I really want to conquer this foreign language and will study both English and Japanese in parallel."
