Provincial Party Secretary congratulates Nghe An Veterans Association on its 30th anniversary

On the afternoon of December 5, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation led a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province to congratulate the Veterans Association of Nghe An province on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Veterans Association (December 6, 1989 - December 6, 2019).

The delegation included comrades: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives of Party committees.

Speaking at the 30th anniversary celebration, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh praised and highly appreciated the activities of the Nghe An Veterans Association in participating in patriotic emulation movements, in the socio-economic development program of the country and the province. Through the guidance of the Association, veteran comrades have taken the lead in implementing policies and participating in protecting the Party and the government, truly being a shining example for the younger generation.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his deep gratitude and best wishes to the soldiers and their families; hoping that the veterans would uphold and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers and continue to make many contributions to the cause of building the homeland and the country.

In the coming time, the Veterans Association of Nghe An province will continue to unite and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period; successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Party and people; become a positive factor in the fight against negative developments appearing in the area; make many important contributions, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee, government and people of the province./.
