Voters made a number of recommendations, hoping that candidates would pay attention when becoming elected representatives. These mainly relate to issues that are close to people's lives: medical examination and treatment for people with insurance, especially at private clinics; housing support policies for people with meritorious services according to Decision 22 of the Government are slow and not really effective; policies to support fishermen going offshore and sticking to the sea still have many shortcomings; environmental issues, especially in factories, industrial parks, marine environment and coastal residential areas, craft villages; investment attraction policies associated with environmental protection...
Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh, representing the candidates, shared the opinions of the voters and said that these recommendations were all reasonable, and promised to do his best to respond to the voters' wishes as quickly as possible, whether he was elected or not.
He expressed his thoughts that the meetings were not only an opportunity for candidates to speak up and listen to voters’ concerns. Those who are trusted by the people must do their best to bring a prosperous and happy life to the people.
