Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh awarded the 70-year Party membership badge
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 30, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to comrade Le Trong Sinh, a party member of the Yen Son bloc Party Cell under the Ha Huy Tap Ward Party Committee (Vinh City).
Comrade Le Trong Sinh was born in 1925 in Bac Son commune, Do Luong district (Nghe An) and joined the Party in 1949. During his revolutionary activities, Comrade Le Trong Sinh held many different tasks and positions in the Party and State apparatus of Nghe Tinh province (old).
