STICK TO THE GROUND, KNOW THE SITUATION
Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy shared with Dien Chau district in general and Minh Chau commune in particular, due to its large area, large number of commune-level administrative units, and large fluctuations in the population in the area.
Thereby, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the district's efforts; up to now, the election has been carried out on schedule, basically ensuring compliance with the law. Security and order are under control...
However, with a complex area like Dien Chau, the district must not be subjective. The province has identified the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term as a key task, so the district must identify this as a key task of the key task so that the election in the area achieves the best results.
Besides, Dien Chau must review the work, from directing and leading the issuance of documents, especially at the current stage when the steps in the election work are gradually moving to the grassroots level, so it is necessary to review carefully, without any negligence.

In particular, Dien Chau has prepared well for the third round of consultation to finalize the list of candidates to ensure the prescribed structure, quantity, and composition, but at the same time ensure democracy and objectivity; demonstrating the leadership role of the Party.
The police and military forces coordinate with the political system to grasp, forecast, and anticipate developments and situations, and proactively control the situation.
The district also needs to focus on training for the election teams; but in addition to general training, there are many tasks that need to be guided by hand, the spirit is not to be subjective, negligent, or leave everything to the subordinates. In particular, the closer we are at the commune level, the more closely we need to monitor the election teams.
On the other hand, Dien Chau needs to continue to do a good job of propaganda not only for the district, but also for the whole province because it is a hub with many national highways passing through the area, especially visual propaganda about the election; at the same time, pay attention to strengthening and doing a good job of inspection and supervision.
