Provincial Party Secretary quickly announced the results of the 4th Central Conference, term XII

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 18, at the Conference to disseminate Directive 26 dated September 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister on Strengthening Discipline and Order in Administrative Agencies at All Levels organized by the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired and quickly announced the results of the 4th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee.

Co-chairing the Conference was comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Attending the conference were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, key leaders of Departments, branches, districts, cities and towns.

The fourth conference discussed and gave opinions on: Socio-economic situation in 2016, expected socio-economic development plan for 2017.

Some major guidelines and policies aim to continue to innovate the growth model, improve growth quality, labor productivity, and economic competitiveness; effectively implement the international economic integration process, maintain socio-political stability in the context of our country participating in new-generation free trade agreements; Strengthen Party building and rectification; Prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; and some other important issues.

At the conference, the Central Executive Committee identified 9 tasks and solutions to be implemented in the coming time, including: Stabilizing the macro economy, ensuring economic balance; Focusing on removing difficulties, improving the investment and business environment, promoting economic growth; Restructuring the economy in a substantial manner, associated with renewing the growth model, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

Developing culture and society, taking care of people's material and spiritual life; Proactively responding to climate change, preventing and combating natural disasters, protecting the environment, strengthening resource management; Building an effective, efficient, disciplined and disciplined administration; Maintaining independence and sovereignty, ensuring political security, order and social safety; Effectively implementing foreign affairs and international integration; Promoting information and communication, creating social consensus.
