The officers subject to disciplinary action include:

Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province.

Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.

Ms. Bo Ngoc Thu, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Party Secretary, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province.

Mr. Phan Huy Anh Vu, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of Department of Health, former Party Committee Secretary, former Director of Dong Nai General Hospital.

Ms. Pham Thi Hang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province.

Ms. Dinh Cam Van, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Finance of Thanh Hoa province.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Nhu Xuan district, former Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Thanh Hoa province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, Assistant to Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam.

After considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Commission, the Politburo and the Secretariat found that Mr. and Mrs. Tran Dinh Thanh, Dinh Quoc Thai, Bo Ngoc Thu, and Phan Huy Anh Vu had degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; accepted bribes; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences that are difficult to overcome, causing huge losses of State assets, causing public outrage, and negatively affecting the reputation of the Party Committee and local authorities.

Mr. and Mrs. Pham Thi Hang, Dinh Cam Van, and Nguyen Ba Hung have degraded in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and negativity; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, causing social outrage, and negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and State management agencies.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh has degraded in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, accepted bribes; violated Party regulations, State laws, regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, causing outrage in society.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Politburo decided to report to the Party Central Committee for consideration and disciplinary action against Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh.

The Secretariat decided to impose disciplinary action of expulsion from the Party on Mr. and Mrs. Dinh Quoc Thai, Bo Ngoc Thu, Phan Huy Anh Vu, Pham Thi Hang, Dinh Cam Van, Nguyen Ba Hung, and Nguyen Van Trinh.
