Provincial Military Command receives support for Vietnamese Heroic Mother in Dien Chau

At the ceremony, authorized by the Military Region 4 Command, the Provincial Military Command presented the Decision on lifelong care to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Kieu.
