Leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade affirmed that they will consider disciplinary action against individuals and groups who go to pagodas during working hours.

Previously, some media outlets recorded videos at some festivals and reported that some officials of the Industry and Trade sector went to pagodas during working hours.

After the above incident, the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested relevant units to verify and clarify.

By last night (February 7), a quick report from the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that it had been determined that an officer from the Export Support Center under the Department of Trade Promotion appeared in the news that the reporter reported.

Also last night, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh asked the Trade Promotion Agency to explain the above incident and report the entire incident to the Ministry's leaders.

"Based on the explanation of the Trade Promotion Agency, the Ministry will consider disciplinary action against individuals and groups related to the above incident. The Ministry of Industry and Trade will announce the information as soon as possible to the press and public," said a representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
