According to preliminary statistics, in Hanh Dich commune, 443 pigs with a total weight of 19,595 kg from 142 households were infected with African swine fever. The estimated damage is up to billions of VND.
Faced with that situation, local authorities (commune and district) have also proactively allocated funds to buy lime powder and chemicals to support epidemic prevention in the area.
