(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 a.m. on October 4, in the Cua Lo sea area, a fisherman fell and hit his head on the ship's anchor while fishing, resulting in head injuries and coma.
The victim was Nguyen Van Nam, born in 1988, residing in Hong Thai block, Quynh Phuong ward, Hoang Mai town. Nam was a crew member on fishing boat NA 94032 owned by Bui Thai Hung in Quyet Tien block, Quynh Phuong ward.
Upon receiving the information, at 4:45 p.m., Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station mobilized officers and soldiers to control a canoe to approach the fishing boat and transport the victim to Lach Con wharf.

At 7:45 p.m., Mr. Nam was safely brought to Lach Con wharf, Hoang Mai town. Immediately after that, the unit handed over the victim to his family to transport him to the emergency room.
