(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 31, Mr. Ha Van Dung, permanent resident of Hamlet 11, Hoa Son Commune, Anh Son District, who was quarantined at the Nam Dan District Military Command, received news of his father's death. Although he was very sad, he still complied with the centralized quarantine regulations.

After returning from Laos on the evening of March 30, Mr. Dung was taken to a centralized quarantine area in Nam Dan district. However, in the early morning of March 31, he received the bad news that his father had passed away due to old age and poor health.

After setting up the altar, the Quarantine Area Steering Committee and many other quarantined people burned incense and encouraged Mr. Dung to overcome the pain to fulfill his civic duty to the community.
