Specifically, in Decision 589/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Le Quoc Hung - Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Public Security Party Committee's Inspection Commission, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

In Decision 595/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Le Tan Toi - Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

In Decision 591/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned the authority of Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force to Major General Vu Van Kha, in charge of Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision 596/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Nguyen Van Hung, Chief of Technical Department, Vietnam Coast Guard Command, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Vietnam Coast Guard, Ministry of National Defense.
