1. Central Youth Union Secretary joins the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of January 16, at the Office of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Ha Ban, Deputy Head of the Central Party Organization Committee, presented the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2012-2017 term and Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, deputy of the 14th National Assembly, to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

2. Former Cao Bang Secretary appointed Chairman of State Capital Management Committee

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed a decision to establish a Prime Minister's Working Group to implement the establishment of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises. Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue will be the Head of the Working Group; former Cao Bang Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoang Anh will be the Chairman of this Committee.

3.New Vietnamese Ambassador to the US - Deputy Minister Ha Kim Ngoc

On January 17, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the United States.Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc will depart for the US to take up his duties in the near future, replacing his predecessor, Ambassador Pham Quang Vinh.

4. New Ambassador, Head of the Permanent Delegation of Vietnam to the United Nations

On January 17, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved Mr. Dang Dinh Quy - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs as Ambassador, Head of the Permanent Delegation of Vietnam to the United Nations, replacing his predecessor, Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga.

5. Tuyen Quang Province

6. Ho Chi Minh City

On January 18, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Huynh Cach Mang presented the decision of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to appoint Mr. Le Duc Thanh as Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice. 7. Bac Giang Province
