The Ministry of Home Affairs has just held a ceremony to announce the decisions to appoint the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees, Director of the Information Center and Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee.
Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Minister of Home Affairs Le Vinh Tan chaired the announcement ceremony.
Under the order of the Minister, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Nguyen Quoc Khanh announced the decisions on temporary appointment of leadership positions at 4 units under and directly under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Decision No. 2665/QD-BNV dated October 17, 2017 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary appointment of Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan, Acting Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, to hold the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Decision No. 2666/QD-BNV dated October 17, 2017 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary appointment of Mr. Truong Hai Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees.
Decision No. 2667/QD-BNV dated October 17, 2017 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Acting Director of the Information Center, to hold the position of Director of the Information Center.
Decision No. 2668/QD-BNV dated October 17, 2017 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary appointment of Mr. Pham Huy Giang, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Central Emulation and Rewards Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Presenting the decision and congratulating the 4 officials who received the appointment decision, Minister Le Vinh Tan requested the new leaders of the units to: Increase their responsibility for the tasks assigned by the Minister and Deputy Ministers in charge, manage the work, lead the collective to build solidarity and unity within the unit better and better; strengthen the cooperative relationship with units under and directly under the Ministry, and do better in coordination in performing the tasks of the Ministry.
The Minister of Home Affairs also requested that comrades continue to pay attention to leadership, create conditions, plan, and train cadres, civil servants, and public employees in their units, create synchronous development in cadre work, prepare well the next generation of cadres, and avoid the situation of loss and interruption when there is a need to mobilize, rotate, or resolve the regime but there is no one to replace them.
Minister Le Vinh Tan also requested that Deputy Ministers in charge of units continue to monitor, support, facilitate and help newly appointed officials to quickly mature and become more stable in their new positions./.
