(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 23, during the working program in Nghe An, comrade Dao Hong Lan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health visited the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan, Nghe An to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

Also attending were leaders of departments, offices, institutes and units under the Ministry of Health.

Regarding the leaders of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Health.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always had special affection for the health sector. He advised: "Doctors must love their patients; patients entrust their lives to you; the Government entrusts you to treat illnesses and maintain the health of our people. That is a very glorious task."

Imbued with and implementing his teachings, over the past 68 years, generations of Vietnamese physicians have always considered this a noble motto of action, a political responsibility to the People when entrusted by the Party and Uncle Ho; always united, striving to overcome countless difficulties and hardships, always inheriting and promoting the fine traditions of the medical industry.

Taking to heart Uncle Ho's teachings "A good doctor is like a mother" and "Deep in medical theory, rich in medical ethics, good at medical skills", the delegation vows to continue to strive to build the country's health sector to develop rapidly and sustainably, and to better fulfill the noble task of caring for and improving people's health and lives.
