Offering incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved Father of the Military Region, the Party Committee and the Military Region Command respectfully reported on the achievements that the officers and soldiers of the Military Region's Military Region have achieved in the past year. Notably, the Military Region's Military Region has always promoted the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", together with local Party committees and authorities in the 6 Military Region provinces, effectively carried out national defense and military tasks; contributed to building the all-people National Defense, the People's Security posture; built the Military Region's Military Region to always be strong in all aspects, determined to complete the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.

At the Vinh City Martyrs Cemetery, the delegation laid a wreath in front of the memorial. Following the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces will stand shoulder to shoulder, have good solidarity, strict discipline, be ready to fight and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability, creating conditions for localities to develop their economy and society./.
