BUILDING, PRESERVING, REVIVAL AND DEVELOPING VIETNAMESE CULTURE

On February 17, 2022, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a Plan to implement the industry's 2022 work theme: "Building a grassroots cultural environment and personnel organization". This is a task carried out in the spirit of the 13th Resolution of the Party, Conclusion 76-KL/TW of the Politburo; Cultural Development Strategy to 2030 and Conclusion of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the 2021 National Cultural Conference.

Regarding the task of building a grassroots cultural environment, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the cultural environment is the focus and center to promote tourism development. Because tourism products all bear the mark of culture; sports development is for people; building culture and a cultural environment must create products such as cultural activities, cultural institutions, cultural landscapes, cultural behaviors, cultural lifestyles, along with building Vietnamese people in the renovation period is an important task to contribute to building, preserving, reviving and developing Vietnamese culture.

The key tasks and themes of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector are: Building a healthy cultural environment from the grassroots, ensuring that all community members develop their creative abilities. Improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, gradually narrowing the gap in cultural enjoyment between regions.

Improve the quality of mass sports activities, contribute to promoting the human factor; enhance and protect the health of individuals, communities and society; attract all classes of people, create cohesion towards the goal of building a healthy cultural environment. Continue to build and replicate pilot models of implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, festivals and community cultural activities.

Regarding the work of organizing cadres, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism sets out the task of implementing well the policies and regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the work of organizing cadres. Continue to build and perfect the institution on the work of organizing cadres according to the regulations of the Party and the State within the scope of management of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Sector. Perfect the organizational structure of the sector towards streamlining, mastery, effectiveness and efficiency; clearly define the responsibilities and powers of state management agencies at the central and local levels, and promote the role, position and tasks of the grassroots level.

NGHE AN STRONGLY RESPONDS TO THE THEME OF THE CULTURAL SECTOR

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that for Nghe An, the preservation and maintenance of cultural traditions and the construction of a grassroots cultural environment are closely linked to the history of the formation and development of the name Nghe An. The land has gone through many ups and downs and fluctuations with the core values ​​of Nghe culture still remaining and developing throughout time. The tradition of patriotism, studiousness, and solidarity in the revolutionary struggle has created the cultural identity of the people of Nghe An.

That tradition is the foundation, the driving force, contributing to creating a prosperous Nghe An today with more than 3,000 cultural heritages preserved and promoted, creating great changes in the material and spiritual life of the people.

To carry out the message, respond to the theme of work in 2022“Building a basic cultural environmentlivevahPersonnel organization work" of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Nghe An will focus on promoting communication, propaganda and education to raise awareness of the whole society about the position, role and importance of culture for the sustainable development of the country, continue to concretize the Party's guidelines, policies, Resolutions, policies and laws of the State on culture in accordance with the situation in the new period, especially the Conclusion of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cultural Conference in 2021.

Perfecting the legal system, mechanisms and policies for cultural development, building a healthy cultural environment to improve the cultural life of people at the grassroots level associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

The 13th National Party Congress determined: "There are mechanisms, policies, and solutions to build a truly clean and healthy cultural environment, improve people's cultural enjoyment conditions... Focus on building a healthy, democratic, united, and humane office cultural environment; build corporate, entrepreneurial, and business culture."

Agreeing with the determination of the theme and content: "Building a grassroots cultural environment and personnel organization work" of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector, the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat suggested 6 contents for all levels and sectors to study and implement in the coming time.

He requested that all levels and sectors continue to thoroughly grasp and deeply understand the position and role of culture as the spiritual foundation of society, the goal and driving force for sustainable national development. Culture must be placed on par with economics, politics and society. Focus on building a healthy and synchronous cultural environment, consistent with the development of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

Pay special attention to building and developing a real family, nurturing and educating each person's personality, lifestyle and way of life. Inheriting good traditional values, building a prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized, disciplined family, with exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children, harmonious couples, and united and loving siblings.
