Training in political theory and professional work of mass organizations

During the 2 days, leaders and experts of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee directly under it, the Fatherland Front and provincial-level mass organizations; lecturers of political schools; Head of the Propaganda Department and experts in charge of political theory of district, city and town Party Committees; directors, deputy directors, and education officers of political training centers of district, city and town Party Committees were informed about the content of political theory and professional skills of 5 topics: Political theory and professional training program for cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Veterans Association, Women's Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and grassroots Trade Unions.

In addition, delegates heard reports on a number of issues regarding the economic, cultural, social, defense, security, Party building, and implementation of political tasks in the locality; leadership experience and implementation of directives and resolutions of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations, etc.

The training program aims to strengthen the stance, political viewpoints, and beliefs of cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and grassroots socio-political organizations in the victory of the renovation process and socialism; contribute to effectively combating distorted, erroneous, and hostile viewpoints; and overcome the degradation of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle within the Party and in society.

At the same time, it helps learners improve their ability to creatively apply the Party's guidelines and viewpoints in building a clean and strong grassroots political system and developing the economy and society.

After this training program, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department guided the Propaganda Departments of district, city and town Party Committees to develop plans to open training courses to ensure that all cadres of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the grassroots level are trained according to this program.
