Localities and units thoroughly grasp the Central Resolution 7 (term XII)
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 24, Quynh Luu District Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the resolutions of the 7th Central Conference (12th term).

The conference in Quynh Luu district was attended by nearly 300 comrades who are members of the District Party Executive Committee, heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and district-level mass organizations, secretaries of party cells and party organizations directly under the District Party Committee; secretaries and deputy secretaries of party committees of 33 communes and towns; cadres and party members of the two District Party Committee agencies and the mass organizations.
During one session, delegates were informed of the basic contents of the Resolutions of the 7th Central Conference (12th tenure), including: Resolution on focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks; Resolution on reforming salary policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and employees in enterprises; Resolution on reforming social insurance policies.
The leaders of Quynh Luu District Party Committee requested that after receiving and thoroughly understanding the resolutions, delegates need to continue to research, study and implement them widely and effectively in the agencies, units and sectors under their management.

Speaking at the opening ceremony and directing the Conference, Colonel Vuong Kim Hai - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: Studying and researching the resolutions not only helps officers and soldiers have a correct and complete understanding of their tasks but also equips them with knowledge in directing and implementing the resolutions in life.
The Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested that, after this conference, Party committees and organizations at all levels develop plans and organize well the implementation of resolutions for cadres and Party members in their agencies and units.
