Relief teams have reached My Ly commune to support people affected by floods.

After many days of traffic disruption, relief teams from across the country have reached My Ly commune (former Ky Son district), supporting people with necessities such as clean water, rice, pots, medicines, disinfectants, etc.

According to Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh - Head of Bach Ma Team, Vietnam Off-Road Pickup Truck Club, immediately after receiving information about the damage in Western Nghe An, the team proactively contacted the affected localities to receive information and prepare relief goods. When hearing that traffic had been restored, the team immediately traveled 600 km from Hanoi to My Ly commune to promptly support the people. According to Mr. Luong Van Bay - Chairman of the People's Committee of My Ly commune, the recent flood caused 201 houses to be completely washed away, 141 houses to be flooded and 46 houses to be slightly flooded.
