Candidates for National Assembly deputies elected in constituency No. 1 include: Mr. Hoang Minh Hieu - Director of Information Department, National Assembly Office;Ms. Nguyen Luong Hong - President of Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society; Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Loan - Specialist of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province. The conference briefly introduced the candidates' biographies. The candidates presented their action programs, clearly demonstrating their determination that if elected by voters as deputies of the 15th National Assembly and the 18th Provincial People's Council, they would promote their intelligence, actively contribute ideas, build and perfect the legal system, policies on socio-economic development, national defense and security of the country and locality; promote their role as a bridge as deputies of the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council with central and local agencies to best utilize resources for the socio-economic development of the locality.

Candidates for the 18th Provincial People's Council elected in constituency No. 18 include: Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Head of General Department, Office of Nghe An Provincial People's Council;Ms. Vi Thi Dong - Vice President of the Women's Union of Con Cuong district, Nghe An province; Mr. Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Lu Thi Khuyen - President of the Women's Union of Con Cuong district, Nghe An province; Ms. Luc Thi Lien - Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee, Nghe An Provincial People's Council.
Voters of Con Cuong district hope that candidates who are elected by voters and people to become National Assembly and Provincial People's Council deputies will fulfill their promises; actively contribute ideas and propose to the National Assembly to continue to issue policies to improve people's lives, especially for people in ethnic minority and disadvantaged areas, and preferential treatment for policy beneficiaries and meritorious people; and pay attention to investing in rural transport infrastructure.
