(Baonghean.vn) - Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee Luong Thanh Hai said that administrative reform must be implemented right from the initial assignment stage of superior agencies, to avoid the situation of delay and forgetfulness of officials and civil servants.

The administrative reform work has been directed and implemented promptly by the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Party Committee, and has been implemented quite synchronously and effectively in all fields.
Specifically, the Provincial Ethnic Committee has publicized administrative procedures under its authority on the Electronic Information Portal; publicly posted administrative procedures at the one-stop shop fully and in accordance with regulations.
In the work of reforming the state administrative apparatus, the Provincial Ethnic Committee has seriously implemented the streamlining of staff; developed a project on job positions and civil servant structure.

Speaking to the inspection delegation about the shortcomings and obstacles in administrative reform, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee Luong Thanh Hai reflected on the situation of cadres and civil servants of superior agencies forgetting work and delaying work assignment, causing difficulties, confusion and passivity for the grassroots when performing their tasks.
"Administrative reform must be carried out right from the initial assignment stage of superior agencies, to avoid delays and forgetfulness of work by officials and civil servants," said Mr. Luong Thanh Hai.

The Department of Home Affairs' Administrative Reform Inspection Team also requested that in the coming time, the Provincial Ethnic Committee needs to focus on implementing well the tasks of the province's "Year of Administrative Reform".
In particular, it is necessary to focus on linking administrative reform responsibilities with work handling for each individual. The Board periodically assesses the specific responsibilities of each department and individual.
