Accordingly, to ensure security and order, prevent chaos and the dissemination of inappropriate documents that could affect the psychology of candidates and their families during the exam period, the District Exam Steering Committee has announced and requested that photocopy shops not operate during the exam days, from June 22 to 26.

In addition, pawnshops are also asked to temporarily suspend business during the exam period. Restaurants and food service establishments must sign a commitment to ensure food hygiene and safety.

Que Phong is a mountainous border district that for the first time participates in organizing the national high school exam for both graduation and university and college admission. This year, the whole district has only one exam site at Que Phong High School with 394 candidates registered to take the exam.

The candidates are all local people, but because it is a mountainous district with a large area and difficult transportation, many of them live 30-40km from the exam site and have to stay in rented accommodation to take the exam.

However, currently, candidates and their parents do not encounter too many difficulties in terms of accommodation, food, and daily activities because those who live far away have stayed in dormitories or rented houses near the school for 3 years of study; the rest stay with acquaintances. "Here, all are Thai, Mong, and Kho Mu people and according to custom, if guests come to the house, they will be welcomed very enthusiastically and openly" - Mr. Ha said.

At this point, preparations for the exam are complete. Before that, Que Phong High School also mobilized students to clean up the school yard and surrounding areas. On-site security forces and youth unions also coordinated to ensure safety around the exam area and support candidates and parents.

Tomorrow (June 22), Que Phong District Youth Union plans to distribute bread and drinks to candidates. Many volunteer taxi teams have also been established to support candidates and their families during the exam.
