The State Bank requires provincial and municipal banks not to let ATMs run out of money and to ensure ATMs operate 24/7.
This condition lasts from morning to night.
According to the workers, the company pays by bank card so they have to go to ATMs to withdraw money.
Many ATMs are always reporting technical errors and running out of money, making it impossible for people to withdraw money.
For example, right at gate A of Bac Thang Long Industrial Park, there are 3 ATMs, but 2 of them are out of money or have an error message that they cannot withdraw money.
Therefore, workers have to wait in line to withdraw money from the remaining ATMs.
Everyone wants to take advantage of the time to withdraw money to buy some things to prepare to go home for Tet. Because of the high number of people coming to withdraw money, the ATMs in this industrial park are always overloaded.
