Camera records woman being attacked by robbers

In the early morning of December 13, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Linh (24 years old, from An Giang) was riding her SH motorbike home in Thanh Xuan ward, district 12, when two young men on a large motorbike ran her over. One of them snatched the victim’s motorbike but was held back. He then snatched her handbag, beat Ms. Linh when she resisted, and fled with his accomplice.

Security cameras in the area also recorded the incident.
