Need to set up land acquisition markers for key projects in Hoang Mai town

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 4, delegates of the People's Council of Hoang Mai Town had a meeting with voters.at 7 polling stations across the town.

Attending the meeting with voters were comrades: Doan Hong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of the Town Party Committee - Chairman of the Town People's Council, Vo Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Nguyen Huu Tuy - Chairman of the Town People's Committee.

The meeting was to prepare for the 6th session of the People's Council of Hoang Mai town, term I. The delegates informed the voters of the summary of the results of the implementation of economic, social, defense and security tasks in 2015, the tasks and solutions in 2016; and reported the results of handling and resolving voters' opinions and recommendations at the 5th session.

During the meeting, voters proposed and recommended many issues related to people's lives in communes and wards, focusing on the following groups of issues: the deterioration of the rural traffic system; some ineffective irrigation works; difficulties in participating in voluntary health insurance, medical examination and treatment for health insurance patients; limitations in mineral exploitation management; policies for people with meritorious services.

Voters also suggested that the implementation of Decree 67 still has many problems; the issuance of land use right certificates is still slow; the quality of electricity has not met the needs of people's daily life and production; for localities in planning areas, it is necessary to promptly announce and organize the marking of land clearance for key projects so that people are aware. At the same time, all levels need to pay attention to training and job creation for rural workers, especially children in areas where land is recovered for project implementation; speed up the construction of resettlement areas, helping people stabilize their lives.

Listening to the opinions of voters, the People's Council delegates of Hoang Mai town specifically answered each issue within their authority. For areas under the authority of communes and wards, the People's Council delegates assigned local leaders to organize specific answers for the people as soon as possible./.
