In the behavioral round, Miss Vinh 2023 confidently answered the organizers' question: "Are you proud of the very unique accent of Nghe An people?". Thuy Trang affirmed: "I am definitely very proud of Nghe An's accent, and I know that Vinh city in Nghe An province is the locality with the most standard pronunciation in Vietnam, especially this accent is deeply portrayed through the folk songs, one of the specialties of Nghe culture. No matter where I go, this accent cannot be confused with any local accent, I am confident when using this accent to communicate with people from other regions, to spread and beautify Nghe culture".
