Responding to the National Assembly, voter Vo Thi Hoa, Hong Son village, said that according to Decision 2345/QD-TTg, dated December 2, 2016 on rice support for forest protection, the decision only applies to poor households. However, near-poor and escaped-poor households who participate in forest protection equally do not enjoy the regime. Therefore, voters suggested that the National Assembly should have a support policy for other subjects participating in forest protection to encourage people to raise awareness of forest environment protection.

Regarding the issue of education, voter Vo Van Sy, Principal of Luc Da Primary School 1, expressed that according to the Law on Education, the class size for primary school is 35 students/class, and for secondary school it is 45 students/class. However, due to the limited number of students in mountainous areas, it is not possible to ensure compliance with the regulations. Voters hope that all levels and sectors need to have appropriate mechanisms for students in mountainous areas.

Regarding the issue of poor households, voter Luong Thi Phuong, Hua Na village said that every year in the process of reviewing poor households, there are many very young households from 20 to 25 years old, living alone for more than 6 months without valuable assets, and are considered poor households. Accordingly, voters recommend that the Central Government should regulate the age of eligibility for the poor household regime so that there is an orientation to help people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and improve their lives.

Voters in Trung Thanh village are worried about the increasing number of young people in the area who are addicted to drugs, have low education levels, and are unemployed, leading to an increase in the number of poor households. Voters hope that all levels and sectors will soon take action and find solutions to propagate and mobilize the masses, especially ethnic minorities, to improve their knowledge, to prevent and combat social evils in general and drug abuse in particular.
