At the conference, on behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, delegate Moong Van Tinh reported to voters the content of the program of the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly scheduled to take place from October 23 to November 23, 2017.

Speaking at the meeting, referring to projects that are showing a tendency to "stall" in the area, voter Nguyen Quang Phap, Kim Son town gave an example, the town expansion planning project was implemented 5-7 years ago but has not been completed yet. Meanwhile, site clearance still faces many difficulties and obstacles. Or, irrigation canal construction projects cost a lot of money, but when put into use, have not brought high efficiency. "We think that we need to strengthen supervision and pay attention to large project programs. Key projects that are beneficial to the people should be done first, to avoid stagnation and waste" - delegate Phap suggested.

Also related to this issue, voter Ho Hien, Que Son commune, expressed his indignation that the road project to Truong Banh hydropower plant has been around for a long time, but has not yet been implemented, while the road is increasingly seriously degraded. Especially during the rainy season, the road is flooded, people cannot travel, causing difficulties for the economic life of the people.

Voter Lo Hoai An, Na Ca hamlet, Que Son commune said that currently people have not been given attention to forestry land allocation. Voters recommended that it is necessary to strengthen management and speed up the progress of forestry land allocation associated with forest allocation, granting land use right certificates to production households, in order to effectively promote land use value, improve living standards, and sustainably escape poverty for people in mountainous areas.

In addition, voters also frankly expressed their thoughts and aspirations that are close to their daily lives, such as voter Le Thi Van, hamlet 1, Que Son commune, who confided, "Every time we are seriously ill, we almost have to go all the way to the Northwest Regional Hospital in Nghia Dan." Voters hope to have a policy to attract good doctors and nurses to mountainous districts, improving the quality and professionalism of the medical staff in Que Phong.

At the conference, voters also expressed their concerns and recommendations on issues such as: supporting the construction of houses for people with meritorious services according to Decision 22 of the Government, granting land use rights certificates, considering the age of receiving the elderly regime starting from 70-75 years old, etc.

After listening to 7 opinions of voters at the conference, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province Tran Van Mao shared the difficulties of the people and hoped that the people here would take care of economic development, improve their lives, and strive to escape poverty sustainably.

Mr. Mao accepted the opinions, recommendations and suggestions of voters, and clarified some issues that many voters were interested in. Regarding the construction of housing for people with meritorious services according to Decision 22 of the Government, Mr. Mao said that the Party and the Government always pay attention and have many policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution. In the near future, the Government will allocate 7,000 billion VND in the budget for this group. However, there needs to be a balance and reasonable allocation based on the specific conditions of each locality.

Discussing with the people about the need to step up inspection of constructions and projects in the area, Mr. Tran Van Mao said that the provincial National Assembly delegation as well as other departments and branches regularly organize monitoring and urging sessions to ensure that voters' recommendations are resolved promptly and on time.

Mr. Tran Van Mao affirmed that the legitimate concerns of voters in the communes in Que Phong will be compiled, transferred to competent authorities for consideration, resolution and feedback will soon be provided to voters./.
