Traffic police and people rescue mother and child in accident
Traffic police officers and local residents promptly rescued a mother and child who had fallen into a deep field on the side of the road in a traffic accident on the morning of February 3.

At around 10am on February 3, Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Anh (22 years old, residing on An Duong Vuong Street, Hue City) drove a motorbike carrying her 4-year-old son on National Highway 1 to her mother's hometown in Phong Thu town, Phong Dien, Thua Thien-Hue.
When reaching km 800+150 on National Highway 1, passing through Dong Lam village, Phong An commune, due to sudden dizziness, Ms. Thu Anh lost control of the steering wheel, causing the car to crash into a milestone on the side of the road and plunge into a deep field.
Immediately, the Traffic Police Team of Patrol Control Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of Thua Thien-Hue Province, who were on duty nearby, approached the scene with two young men who waded into the deep field to bring the victims to shore.
At the scene, Ms. Thu Anh and her young son were slightly injured, soaked and shivering from the cold. The traffic police quickly took them to a nearby resident's house for first aid. The little boy was still in shock from the shock and kept calling for his mother.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, a resident living along the road, dressed the baby and used a hair dryer to warm the baby. At the same time, she used hot oil to give first aid to Ms. Thu Anh.

After regaining her composure, Ms. Thu Thanh said: “Luckily, the traffic police officers on duty nearby quickly helped, otherwise my mother and I would not have known what would happen in the middle of the deep water. My mother and I are very grateful to the traffic police officers and passersby.”
Major Ngo Viet Anh, who directly participated in the rescue of the mother and child, shared that when he saw people in trouble, he saved them, it was an order from his heart.
